Customer Service Representative
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
The essential functions of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) are to convert incoming customer calls into booked service calls. This position handles service calls from customers while projecting a professional image and using the company’s prepared script. Utilizes customer service training to educate and to establish rapport and assist customers in choosing services and/or products. Follows company training to ensure prompt and accurate booking of incoming and outgoing orders. Conducts follow-up customer calls as needed.
This position also communicates with customers by phone and receives orders for installation, turn on, discontinuance, or change in service. Solicits sale of new or additional services. Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to Customer Care department for investigation.Must be able to utilize phone, text, and email at an expert level.
