The big task of the Plumbing Manager is to prioritize, direct and supervise all field Technicians. Focus on customer service and delivering more than what was promised. The Plumbing Manager utilizes customer service training to educate and assist Field Technicians in how to educate customers in choosing service and finance options and handling customer relations. Follows company training to assure prompt and accurate customer service as well as excellent employee relations. Is aware of the importance of incentive programs and assures fair and equitable distribution of work and proper documentation of said work.
Is knowledgeable of and practices the concept of ‘Flat Rate pricing and teaches others how to use the pricing policy.
The Plumbing Manager is responsible for maximizing profit and efficiency in an ethical manner.
